Buffering…
It’s coming, dear reader. My only excuse for the amount of time my 9/12 post is taking is that it is the first of what I hope are many posts that are not typical NegativeNeil posts. In other words, this one is a bit more mainstream. Stay Tuned!

Hi Neil! I think Obama got some bad karma when he didn’t put Howard Dean in charge of implementing his health care plan. He may be a screamer, but he is a MD and that still means something to the Glen Beckian pinheads.
Also wish Obama would just GET MAD. An angry black man, that’ll scare ‘em~!

Since when are we going mainstream?! I suppose it is OK if it garners “many posts”. Thanks Neil for keeping us on egde; it is surprisingly refreshing.

Missed you Neil. Can’t wait to see what you have.

Sell out. No really, sell out!
September 24, 2009 - 4:14 pm
How can the footage of a Tea Party be mainstreamed? Those things are by definition beyond the pale.
September 24, 2009 - 4:24 pm
Neil, I agree with you on everything you blog about! Damn, you’re like some kind of genius. You should go into politics. I’d vote for you. You are really insightful and funny.
September 24, 2009 - 4:43 pm
Damn buffering.
And what is this about mainstream? I don’t know whether to be frightened or excited.
September 24, 2009 - 5:07 pm
yeah the mainstream is confusing. i’m sure it’s going to be awesome though.
September 24, 2009 - 5:50 pm
Why, why, WHY!!! Must you toy with meeeee??? Sorry, been reading too many twats. Tease us all you want, we will be waiting…
September 24, 2009 - 6:36 pm
Neil, you’re such a tease.
September 24, 2009 - 8:15 pm
Oh please…quit procrastinating and just do it already! You have an uncanny gift for articulating what every normal, rational person is thinking but doesn’t have the huevos to say. You make me LOL like I’m reading David Sedaris!
September 25, 2009 - 5:37 pm
You are so funny!!!!!!!

Hate to highjack your blog Neil but I really think your bro needs to calm the FANatics down. For 3 days they have been highjacking an article in Rolling Stone about SLASH with no mention of Adam in it. Figured here you could at least tell him to get proactive with the calming of the fans. It could really damage his career and rep with other musicians.
Please do not comment on this guys. I feel he just needed to know. *waits for Blair Adele to flame me and spam the site*

The Silent Mainstream (the REAL Silent Majority to lift and cleanse a double-speak phrase from Richard Nixon) is the roughly three-quarters of doctors, nurses and the general public who want the public option.
A great path would be to work for Comedy Central (if MSNBC can line up Ed, Rachel, and Keith, then CS can line up Jon, Stephen, and Neil (in due time once dues are paid). Or Michael Moore, Robert Greenwald (Brave New Films), Bill Maher, Christiane Amanpour, SNL, or NPR. Or Greg Palast, David Sirota, Naomi Klein, or Matt Taibbi. Hope your educational loans have been paid off so you don’t have to settle for selling out too much.

I don’t think I can handle posts this infrequently. Wireless is a terrible thing to waste. Get to it!

Sell out comment was awesome.
